Tired of trying to encourage patients to lose weight, he has opened a restaurant that lets the unhealthy gorge on fries cooked in pure lard and milkshakes made with butter fat cream, bitterly calling it ‘a diet that people can finally stick to’. His signature dish, the Quadruple Bypass Burger, recently won the record for the most calorific burger in the world.
