Combine your personal life with your working one — this is the ethos of Zappos, the largest US online shoe-retailer. Tony Hsieh, Zappos’ CEO, bases his successful business model on happy personal relations between workers, and encourages employees to date one another. Hsieh tries to hire applicants who will work well with one another. If they don’t, they are offered the sum of $4,000 to quit.
