Sarah Souli is a writer from Philadelphia, allegedly America’s fattest and ugliest city, though she raises a cheesesteak smeared hand in protest. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Immediately after graduating in 2011, she moved to Cairo, where she worked for a reality television show, took lots of poorly composed photographs of mannequins, and experienced a mob attack while in a taxi.
She has also lived, written and eaten in New York, India and Israel-Palestine.
