“...forever”

In the series entitled “…forever”, I try to capture the great need of the living to try and keep together a couple, even after death, by placing them in the same family grave or ossuary.
Probably they feel a kind of relief thinking that their relatives have each other and they are not alone in the afterlife. The relatives place a “nice and happy” photograph on the gravestone.
Photographs taken from the family album and placed on a gravestone it automatically turns them into to THE portrait of the deceased as far as it concerns the relatives and the people which are passing by.
