Wild Horses

At the beginning of the summer, along the mountains of Galicia, NW Spain, hundreds of people climb the mountains to search the wild horses to ranch them. The horses are pulled down to the 'curros' (small enclosures of dry stone walls), where the colts are identified and marked by their respective owners. The older horses' manes are cut, vaccinated and cleaned of parasites, the best will be sold to dressage.
